Our kitchen produced magical results from meat, fish and vegetables, with the focus on ingredients. We serve excellent food made from seasonal ingredients sourced locally, rationally and responsibly. Instead of fixed menus and recipes, we experiment, surprise and thrill. We respect traditional preparation methods in a way that always produces something new and special.
