RESTAURANT IN OULU

Hugo is a restaurant in Oulu just a stone’s throw from the sea. The large windows provide a view of the historic wooden buildings on Rantakatu and the hustle and bustle of the square. Our building is part of the old market square shore of Oulu, and our restaurant is a blend of traditional cooking, a thirst for experimentation and ingredient-focused, responsible philosophy. Our restaurant is next to Oulu market hall, the city theatre and the provincial library.
